Momoh-Jimoh Musari, a 35-year-old resident of Greenside in Everton, has been sentenced today at Liverpool Crown Court after being found guilty of rape. The conviction follows a trial held earlier this year.
In October of last year, Musari committed the heinous act of raping a woman in her 40s at a house in Everton. Following an intensive investigation, he was arrested the following month. Despite vehemently denying the offence, Musari was convicted by a jury.
