Police in Brighton have launched an appeal for information following a distressing racial abuse incident that occurred on a city bus. The incident took place on Saturday, September 2, around 16.43, as the bus, believed to be either number 28 or 29, was passing by The Level.

The incident unfolded on the ground floor of the bus, near the disabled seating area, where both the suspect and the victim were seated at the time. Law enforcement authorities are specifically interested in hearing from a woman wearing a white top who may have witnessed the incident.
