Police are on the lookout for Stephen Thomas, 41, who is wanted after breaching the terms of his release. Thomas was sentenced in 2019 for trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence.
Failed to Register New Address
Since his release from prison, Thomas has refused to register a new address, breaking his legal notification requirements. He is now also wanted on prison recall for failing to comply with his licence conditions.
