Police are actively seeking the whereabouts of Carl Dean, a 36-year-old individual who failed to surrender to custody. Dean, who currently has no fixed address, is the subject of an ongoing police investigation and is wanted for multiple alleged offences.
The suspect was initially arrested on conditional bail on suspicion of two counts of criminal damage, five counts of assaulting an emergency worker, and one count of possession of a Class B drug, specifically cannabis. However, his failure to comply with the terms of his bail has prompted a manhunt to locate him and bring him back into custody.
