A collision between two vehicles in Purton yesterday, on the 22nd of April, has left two individuals seriously injured. The incident, which occurred shortly before 3 pm on Pavenhill, prompted an immediate response from emergency services.

Reports indicate that a Volkswagen Phaeton and a Honda Jazz were involved in the collision, resulting in significant damage to both vehicles and serious injuries to their respective drivers. The driver of the Volkswagen, a man in his 30s hailing from Swindon, sustained multiple injuries, including a serious head injury. He was swiftly transported to Southmead Hospital via air ambulance for urgent medical attention.
