Ahmed Deq Mohamed, a resident of Acacia Close in Surrey Quays, has been sentenced to four years and six months in prison for the rape of a girl under 13. The 20-year-old from Southwark committed the assault on Friday, June 16.
Following a forensic examination of the scene, Mohamed was identified and subsequently arrested and charged on June 21, 2023. He appeared at Inner London Crown Court yesterday (May 22) where he was found guilty of assaulting a child under 13 by penetration. The jury reached their verdict on Friday, February 16.
