Four Major Violent Incidents Rock London in Just Four Days

London has witnessed a string of serious violent crimes over a four-day period between June 20 and June 23, spanning four boroughs — Hounslow, Dalston, Hornchurch, and Dagenham. All incidents remain under investigation, with the Metropolitan Police appealing for witnesses and information.


Hounslow: Man, 22, Fatally Stabbed Outside Prayer Centre

A 22-year-old man was stabbed in broad daylight outside a Muslim prayer centre on Hanworth Road, Hounslow, at 2:21pm on Saturday, June 22. He later died in hospital, prompting the launch of a murder investigation.

Detective Chief Inspector Wayne Jolley stated:

“This incident happened in a busy part of Hounslow during the middle of the afternoon. It’s vital we hear from anyone who witnessed the attack or captured footage.”

No arrests have yet been made. Police are urging anyone with information to contact them on 101 quoting 4387/22Jun, or via Crimestoppers anonymously.


Dalston: 37-Year-Old Man Shot and Left with Life-Changing Injuries

On the night of June 20, a 37-year-old man was shot in Crossway, near Kingsland High Street, Dalston, at 10:53pm. He was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition, which has since been downgraded to life-changing but stable.

No arrests have been made, and a police investigation continues.


Hornchurch: Two Men Stabbed Near Popular Pub

Emergency crews were called to The Harrow pub on Hornchurch Road at 11:29pm on June 20. Two men, aged 20 and 25, were stabbed and taken to hospital. Their injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing.

Police are reviewing CCTV and urging witnesses to come forward.


Dagenham: Man Shot and Woman Injured in Early Morning Disturbance

A man was shot and a woman suffered a head injury in Dagenham in the early hours of Sunday, June 23. The incident occurred at the junction of Selinas Lane and Coppen Road around 3:40am.

Both were taken to hospital, though their conditions have not been publicly confirmed. No arrests have been made.
