Man Stabbed to Death in Lewisham Off-Licence Horror

Police raced to Lordship Lane near East Dulwich Grove at 2:35am on Sunday, 10 February after reports of a stabbing. Emergency crews found a man with fatal knife wounds.

Detectives say the victim is likely 39-year-old Dennis Anderson from Lewisham, with formal ID and post-mortem set for 12 February.

Police Hunt Suspect After Fatal Off-Licence Fight

Detective Inspector Domenica Catino of the Met’s Homicide Command revealed chilling details: “The suspect approached Mr Anderson inside an off-licence before a violent altercation led to a fatal attack.”

DI Catino urged anyone in the area early Sunday to come forward. “No piece of information is too small — it could crack this case.”

Family Support and Manhunt Underway

“Our top priorities now are supporting the victim’s family and tracking down the attacker,” said DI Catino. Officers are tirelessly working to catch the suspect.
