Woman Arrested After Cocaine Seized in Medway Hotel Room

A woman has been arrested after police discovered a quantity of cocaine during a search of a hotel room in Gillingham, Medway.

At around midday on Monday, 3 March 2025, officers responded to reports of suspicious behaviour at a hotel in Will Adams Way. Upon entering the room, they encountered a woman who was immediately detained.

During the search, officers recovered a tub containing cocaine, along with separate deal bags and a mobile phone, suggesting the intent to supply.

The suspect, Stevie Patterson, 37, of Hazlemere Drive, Gillingham, was later charged with possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply. She was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 4 March.
