A woman has been charged with the killing of Neil Shadwick, a 63-year-old Parkinson’s sufferer, who tragically died after his mobility scooter was stolen from him in a Tesco car park in Gloucestershire.

Kimberley Ann Hawkins, 41, is accused of the crime, alleged to have occurred on January 22 last year in Gloucestershire.
