Detectives investigate robbery in Ramsgate

A mobile phone was reportedly stolen during the assault of a man in Ramsgate. The victim, in his 20s, was walking along Highfield Road at around 10.25pm on Wednesday 24 April 2019 when a group of people walked up behind him and are reported to have carried out the assault. He suffered cuts and bruises during the ordeal. The incident was reported to Kent Police" id="84756">Kent Police and detectives are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
