Appeal following serious collision in Folkestone
Witnesses and dashcam footage are sought following a serious collision in Folkestone.
The incident happened on the junction of Horn Steet and Church Road at approximately 5.45pm on Tuesday 10 March 2026. It is reported that a yellow Honda Jazz was turning into Horn Street, when it was involved in a collision with a grey Audi A4 travelling along Church Road.
Patrols and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended, and a woman in her 80s was taken to a London hospital for treatment. She remains in a critical condition.
Officers investigating the incident are urging any witnesses, including those who saw either vehicle prior to the collision, and anyone with dashcam footage, to come forward.
