Detectives from the Metropolitan Police are urgently appealing for witnesses and anyone with relevant information or footage to come forward following a shooting incident in Dagenham. The incident occurred on Wednesday, 5 June, at approximately 1,06pm in the Porters Avenue area.

  • Victim: A 23-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound.
  • Injuries: Fortunately, the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing.
  • Location: The shooting took place at Wren Road, Dagenham, and the victim made his way to Porters Avenue, where emergency services were called.
