Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to assist at an incident that found a cyclist pinned under a car on Grain Road, Rochester.
Crews stabilised the vehicle and used winches to lift the car enough for the casualty to be rescued.
The casualty was left in the care of the ambulance service.
