Four Fire Engines And Approximately 25 Firefighters Tackle A House Ablaze

Four fire engines and approximately 25 firefighters responded to a fire at a house on Cranbrook Rise in Ilford (January 18).

Fire damaged a small portion of the first floor of a terraced house. Two people left the property before the Brigade arrived and were treated for smoke inhalation by London Ambulance Service crews.

The Fire Department was called at 6.27am, and the fire was out by 8.01am. Firefighters from Ilford, Leytonstone, and Woodford were dispatched to the scene.

The fire’s origin is being investigated.
