On Friday 3rd November, at approximately 5.30pm, a male was captured on CCTV following a delivery driver into Cornwell Court on Haslemere Road, Southsea. He then stole the “Poppy Appeal Collection Box”. The entire incident was caught on CCTV and is waiting for the investigating officer to collect. Do you recognise this man?
