Police have issued a plea to the public for assistance in identifying a man who has been observed making efforts to conceal his identity. The appeal comes as Police seek to establish the individual’s identity and ascertain any relevant information pertaining to his activities.
Describing the situation, a spokesperson for the police stated, “This man makes efforts to conceal his identity but I am hoping the image may resonate with someone who can assist in helping us establish who he is. If you can help, please get in contact with us.”
