Police deploy search helicopter over Southampton for wanted man
Police in Southampton tonight called in Air Support and deployed a Drone to locate a wanted man spotted in the Lordswood Area.
The helicopter and drone was used to search around the Aldermoor area of the city.
The wanted man was sighted but managed to evade police before Air Support were on scene.
Police said:
“Sadly the bad guy escaped through the rat run of alleyways and footpaths. He’ll come again, we have a little room at our bed and breakfast in the City Centre reserved for him.”
