South Wales Police have relaunched a forensic review into a tragic house fire that claimed the lives of Diane Jones, 21, and her two young daughters, Shauna Hibberd (2) and Sarah-Jane Hibberd (13 months).
The deadly blaze tore through their Merthyr Tydfil home on the Gurnos estate on 11 October 1995. Investigators confirmed the fire was deliberately started using an accelerant poured through the letterbox of the three-bedroom end-terrace house.
