Essex Police have launched an appeal to locate Vicky Millard, aged 36, in connection with thefts that occurred in Colchester. The incidents under investigation took place at Asda between November 5 and November 15.
Vicky Millard is described as having a slim build and stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall. She has long, dark brown or black hair. Millard is known to have connections to both Colchester and Enfield. In addition to her given name, she also goes by the names Laura Millard and Bonnie Parker.
