A fire broke out at a Perth hotel, killing three people. At around 05:10 a.m., emergency services including 21 ambulance crews and nine fire trucks were dispatched to the New County Hotel on County Place. Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have sadly confirmed three people and a dog have been killed. Guests were evacuated, and officers cordoned off the road, advising the public to avoid the area. Perth and Kinross Council stated that traffic in the area would most likely be affected.
