Three people have been taken to the hospital after emergency services responded to a chemical leak in Cardiff Bay – UKNIP

 

Police and firefighters responded to a chemical leak at Queen Alexandra Dock in Cardiff Docks, which was later determined to be ammonia.

 

South Wales Police were called to reports of a chemical leak on Queen Alexandra Dock, Butetown,” a spokesman for the force said. The incident was handled by the fire department. As a precaution, three people were taken to the hospital.

 

If you are in the Queen Alexandra Docks area, please avoid the area and keep windows and doors closed.” Please do not call our control room about this incident.
