Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Critical Care, Vicki Brown, was bestowed with a prestigious honour earlier this month at a ceremony held at Windsor Castle. The distinguished King’s Ambulance Medal was presented to Vicki by His Majesty himself, marking a significant achievement in her illustrious career in emergency medical services.
In a heartfelt statement following the ceremony, Vicki expressed her gratitude and joy at receiving the esteemed medal. She remarked, “What an amazing day receiving the King’s Ambulance Medal from the King! Very proud moment, made possible with the support from my family, friends, and colleagues throughout my career. I will continue to strive to progress paramedic and pre-hospital practice and encourage the next generation joining the ambulance service to reach their goals.
