An Oklahoma woman has been arrested after leaving her 16-month-old child alone in her car for over five hours while she gambled at a casino. Dacie Yeager, the mother, was seen having a panic attack when police confronted her for abandoning her child.
Yeager claimed she had only been inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino for 20 minutes. However, surveillance footage revealed she arrived at the casino at 9:30 am. The child was not found until 3 pm.
The police arrested Yeager and charged her with child neglect. The baby is currently under the care of child welfare services.
