Oliver was last seen in Grays at 1.25pm on Sunday 17 April, but he has not been in touch with anyone since.
The 27-year-old is described as white, of muscular but slim build. He has a full beard with short red hair.
Oliver was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, black cargo trousers and black steel toe-capped boots and travelling on his mountain bike.
We are carrying out thorough enquiries locally to try and find him but we believe he may have travelled out of the area, to the St Pancras area of London, and we would ask people to help us make sure Oliver’s safe and bring him home.
Anyone with information about Oliver’s whereabouts is asked to call 101, quoting incident 377 of 18 April.
