An appeal has been launched for a High Risk Missing person. Police are keen to locate 12 year old girl Ebube Okoei who was last seen getting on a bus in Bexleyheath Broadway towards Blackfen at 4.30pm on Tuesday. She was wearing school uniform, black jacket with fur hood. If sighted call 999 quoting 20MIS008816
