Brazen thieves struck in the early hours of this morning (May 7) in Corsham, breaking into a home on Priory Street and stealing a high-powered Golf R.

Wiltshire Police say the break-in happened sometime between 2am and 6am, with the criminals gaining access to the property, swiping car keys, and making off with the vehicle from a private car park behind the house.

The stolen Golf R is a prized and high-performance model, making it a prime target for car thieves.
