Police are concerned for the welfare of missing Hannah from Wigton who was last seen in the area of Kingsway park, Manchester on Friday 7 April.
Hannah is described as 5ft 6ins with shoulder length blonde hair and was last seen wearing a white top, beige jumper and black cycling shorts.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101. Officers would also like to urge Hannah to contact this number if she sees this appeal.
