The 47-year-old was last seen in the Woolston area at around 7.45am this morning (Wednesday 15 January). Scott has not been seen or heard from since. This is very out of character and we are concerned for his welfare.

He is described as white, 5ft 7ins tall, with short dark hair and a short beard Scott was last seen wearing a black waist length coat, dark grey jeans and black shoes. If you have seen Scott, then please call police immediately on 101, quoting 44200017614.
