Major search to find missing Ten-year-old girl
Police are appealing for assistance to help trace a missing ten-year-old girl from Enfield. Shanila Buffonge was last seen at approximately 15:20hrs on Tuesday, 5 June by a teacher as she left her primary school in Main Avenue, Enfield. She was due to go to a relative’s house in Worcesters Avenue, Enfield – a journey she regularly makes – but did not arrive there. Shanila is a black girl of slim build and was last seen wearing her school uniform of a grey skirt, white polo shirt and black tights – she was also wearing a black jacket with flowers on it and carrying a bag described as fluffy and multicoloured. There are three bus routes along that route – the 121, 217, 231 and 617 – and Shanila regularly takes the bus to make the journey. She has not been reported missing before.
