The Counter Terrorism Command of the Metropolitan Police is urging individuals in the United Kingdom who have direct evidence related to the recent terrorist attacks in southern Israel to come forward and provide information to the authorities. The attacks began on Saturday, 7 October and extended over the following days, resulting in casualties, including UK nationals who have been reported missing or killed.

Furthermore, efforts are being made to gather information that may assist in any future coronial processes. The appeal is directed towards individuals who may have recently returned from Israel and possess footage or images of the terrorist attacks. It is also extended to individuals residing in the UK who have received direct messages, images, or videos from acquaintances, relatives, or loved ones in Israel.

However, the authorities request that people refrain from reporting information or footage obtained through open-source research such as media reports, online platforms, or social media.
