Urgent Search for Missing Vulnerable Adult Mehmet Bilal Dari in Hackney

An urgent appeal has been launched to help locate Mehmet Bilal Dari, a vulnerable adult who has been missing since Sunday 29 June. Known to his family as Bilal, the 22-year-old was last seen at 2:58pm near the bus stop on Amhurst Road in Hackney.

Bilal is autistic, non-verbal, and may not ask for help. He is described as having a medium build, and was last seen wearing a white Superdry polo shirt, black/grey tracksuit bottoms, and slippers.

Family and Police Urge Public Vigilance

A poster issued by the family warns that Bilal frequently makes noises but may not approach others for assistance. Members of the public are being asked to remain alert, particularly in and around Hackney and surrounding areas.

If you see Bilal or believe you may have seen him:

If possible, stay with Bilal until police arrive or escort him safely to the nearest police station.
