Police Rush Dog to Vets after Being Struck on the A31

Police  have been dealing with a loose dog on the A31 near Puttenham. He was unfortunately struck by a vehicle before  the arrival of Police. Officers from Surrey Roads Policing  have rushed him to an emergency vets in Guildford where he is being treated.
