Detectives are hunting a predator after a teenage girl was raped in Tunbridge
Wells. The shocking attack took place in a park near Belgrave Road on the evening of Saturday 18 October 2025.
How It Happened
The victim was walking home along Victoria Road between 8pm and 9.45pm when a man approached her. They walked together towards Mount Ephraim Road, where the attacker dragged her into a nearby park. There, he threatened and sexually assaulted the teenager.
Suspect Description
- About 5ft 8in tall
- Mid-thirties
- Dark hair worn in a bun
- Short beard and moustache
- Wearing a blue jacket
- Riding a bicycle with thick tyres
Police Urge Public to Help
Kent Police are following multiple leads including forensic tests, CCTV reviews, and house-to-house inquiries. Officers remain in the area as the investigation continues.
