Holiday Resort Flooded, Cars and Caravans Swept Away

Grim scenes from Elenite show muddy floodwaters engulfing houses, hotels, and campsites. Vehicles and caravans have been swept into the sea as floodwaters surge relentlessly. Authorities have declared a state of emergency along multiple Black Sea coastal towns.
