Metropolitan Police officers located a red Nissan Almera on Monday evening, November 6, parked near Nicholas Court in Dale Road, Purley. The two accused, aged 29 and 28, are currently facing charges in relation to Mr. Henry’s murder. Additionally, a 27-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and has been bailed pending further inquiries.

The Metropolitan Police treated the car as a crime scene to preserve vital evidence. A post-mortem examination was conducted, but the cause of death has not yet been established.

Detective Chief Inspector Matt Webb, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, spoke about the meticulous examination conducted at the scene. He expressed his condolences to Justin Henry’s family, who have endured weeks of anxious waiting and asked the media to respect their privacy during this challenging time.

DCI Webb also stated that while two individuals have been charged, the investigation is ongoing. The police are particularly interested in any information regarding the movements of the red Nissan following Justin’s disappearance.

Justin Henry, known to have connections to the SE23/Forest Hill area, was last seen in person at his partner’s address in Brixton on October 15. He was reported missing the following day. Notably, he was wearing distinctive jewellery, including a Rolex watch, three Cartier bracelets, and a diamond ring.

Mr. Henry was last captured on CCTV buying food at a McDonald’s drive-thru on London Road in Croydon at about 9.50 pm on the day of his disappearance. Following this, he is believed to have driven to Waddon New Road, where his silver Mercedes E Class was parked for approximately two-and-a-half hours. The Mercedes was later found in Kingswood Drive, SE19.

The investigation has included forensic examinations of an address in Croydon, Mr. Henry’s car, and extensive reviews of CCTV and phone records. The police urge anyone with information to come forward and assist in the investigation.
