RAPE ATTACK Man Charged Over Shocking Norwich Rape

Police have charged Bali Hoxha, 27, from West Tofts, Thetford, in connection with a disturbing rape case in Norwich.

Details of the Attack

The horrifying incident took place around 11.30pm on Wednesday 17 September 2025. It happened along the footpath between Prince of Wales Road and the Riverside Retail Park.

Legal Action Underway

Hoxha faces charges of rape and two counts of sexual assault. He was due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday 15 October.

Police continue their investigation as the community reels from this shocking crime.
