Man Charged Over Horrifying Norwich Rape

Bali Hoxha, 27, from West Tofts, Thetford, has been charged following a terrifying rape on a Norwich footpath. The shocking assault took place around 11.30pm on Wednesday 17 September 2025, between Prince of Wales Road and Riverside Retail Park.
Serious Charges Laid
Hoxha faces charges of rape plus two counts of sexual assault. He appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday 15 October, as the grim investigation continues.
