Police investigating the death of a man in Leysdown-on-Sea have recovered a silver Volkswagen Golf believed to belong to the victim from a nearby car park.
The fatal attack took place on the beach opposite a local pub on Sunday evening (10 August), prompting a major police presence in the Warden Bay Road area.
Leysdown-on-Sea" width="1864" height="1224">Chris Prime, landlord of the pub, confirmed officers had attended the premises on Sunday night to review CCTV from 12 cameras covering both inside and outside the venue. He said the footage showed the man involved had not been inside the pub and had not approached the beach from Warden Bay village.
