A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in Camden following a police operation that recovered 16 stolen phones, cash, and an electric motorcycle. The devices are now being returned to their rightful owners.
Operation Details
The arrest came after Metropolitan Police officers were alerted to a phone robbery in Euston at around 8:00 AM on Thursday, February 6, 2025.
- The police helicopter tracked the suspect to the Belsize Park area of Camden, where officers raided a nearby address based on intelligence.
- During the search, officers found:
- £1,000 in cash
- A quantity of cannabis
- 16 stolen mobile phones nearby
- A Surron electric motorcycle outside the property
The teenage suspect was arrested and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
