A man has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency after allegedly masturbating in front of a teenage girl on a Central Line London Underground train, British Transport Police have confirmed.
The incident reportedly occurred around 9:30am on Saturday, 22 June, as the train travelled through White City.
Swift Police Response
British Transport Police (BTP) were alerted at 9:39am, and officers quickly tracked and intercepted the train as it passed through Liverpool Street station, where the suspect was taken into custody.
Officers tracked and then intercepted the train as it passed through Liverpool Street, and arrested the man on suspicion of outraging public decency.
He has been released on bail while the investigation continues.”
Appeal for Witnesses
BTP is now calling on any witnesses or passengers who may have seen the incident to come forward.
“Anyone who believes they witnessed what happened can contact BTP by texting 61016 quoting log 174 of 22/06/23.”
