A road traffic collision involving a bus and three vans has led to a significant disruption on Foresters Drive in Wallington. The crash occurred at approximately 6:12 pm on October 29 at the junction of Sandy Lane South, blocking the road in both directions.
Initial reports suggest that the collision may have been caused by a four-vehicle overtaking manoeuvre, leading to the bus and van colliding. Emergency services were called to the scene, and the incident is currently under investigation.
The incident has led to a diversion for Bus Route 154, with buses rerouted from Stafford Road at Mollison Drive to Stafford Road in both directions. Commuters in the area are advised to expect delays and consider alternative routes where possible.
