Detectives investigating a serious assault onboard a train at Wolverhampton railway station have released CCTV images of a group of men believed to have information regarding the incident. The assault took place on Friday, November 3, on a Manchester Piccadilly to Milton Keynes service.

The incident occurred at approximately 23.30 GMT when the victim, a man in his 30s, left his seat to use the train’s restroom. As he made his way to the toilet, he was approached by an individual who unexpectedly punched him in the face. Subsequently, the victim was pulled to the floor and subjected to repeated punches and kicks by multiple assailants.
