Dragons’ Den success story PerfectTed has smashed records, now valued at a staggering £140 million. The natural energy drink brand, powered by matcha, first wowed viewers and Dragons alike when it appeared on the BBC hit show in 2023.

Matcha Magic: How PerfectTed Took Off

Founders Marisa Poster and Teddie Levenfiche captured the Dragons’ attention and secured a joint investment from Steven Bartlett and Peter Jones. Both offered £50,000 each for a 5% stake. Though Jones later stepped back, Bartlett stayed onboard, helping fuel the company’s rapid growth.

The brand’s valuation skyrocketed after a major funding round led by venture capital firm Felix Capital. The Grocer reports PerfectTed is now worth around £140 million.
