Kent Police launched a major early-morning crackdown on Thursday 2 October 2025, swooping on three homes across Canterbury and Herne Bay in a coordinated drug bust.

Raids Hit Thanington, Military Road & Bullockstone Road

The force targeted residences in Canterbury’s Thanington and Military Road areas, plus a property on Bullockstone Road in Herne Bay. All were linked to suspected drug dealing based on intelligence received.

Class A & B Drugs Seized Alongside £40,000 in Cash

Searches under the Misuse of Drugs Act uncovered large amounts of suspected Class A and B substances. Officers also found a hefty stash of cash thought to be over £40,000.

Designer Stash Worth Over £10,000 Confiscated

A collection of pricey designer goods was seized too, including handbags, coats, trainers, and jewellery valued north of £10k.

Four Arrested and Released on Bail

Four suspects—two men aged 26 and 27, and two women aged 25 and 43—were arrested. All have since been released on bail while investigations carry on.
