Emergency services have been called to a Shell petrol station on Crystal Palace Parade in Sydenham South East London this afternoon following a police incident.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene shortly after 4:00pm on Wednesday. A large police presence was reported at the station, with several patrol vehicles seen parked nearby and officers actively managing the scene.
Eyewitnesses described seeing paramedics attending to someone at the forecourt, while police cordoned off parts of the area to control traffic and restrict public access.

Drivers and passers-by were advised to avoid the area due to congestion and disruption caused by the emergency response.
