The father of a 14-year-old boy who tragically died in a crash on the M6 over the Easter weekend has been charged in connection with his death, police have confirmed.
Lancashire Police today confirmed that Daniel Burba, of Arnside Crescent, Morecambe, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing death by driving while unlicensed and uninsured.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Lancaster Magistrates’ Court at 10am tomorrow (Monday 28th April).
In a statement, a Lancashire Police spokesperson said:
“Our thoughts remain with Ryan’s loved ones at this incredibly difficult time. They are being supported by specially trained officers.”
