On Duckett Road in Hornsey, four fire engines and approximately 25 firefighters battled a fire at a house converted into flats.
Fire completely destroyed a three-room flat on the second floor of a terraced house.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus rescued a woman, who was then taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service crews.
The Fire Department was called at 1.54am, and the fire was out by 3.22am. Hornsey, Holloway, and Stoke Newington fire stations responded.
The fire’s origin is being investigated.
