On Thursday, July 14, between 2.30 and 2.50 a.m., on Stanningley Road, a man approached the victim and followed him up Stanningley Road.
He spoke to her briefly before attempting to assault her.
The perpetrator bolted in the direction of Gotts Park.
We are continuing to conduct a number of enquiries into this offence,” said DI Carl Morrison of the Leeds Safeguarding Unit. “The victim has been supported by specially trained officers.”
“We are now releasing CCTV stills of a man we want to speak with, and I would like to ask anyone who recognises him to come forward.”
