Lorry In Collision on M27/M3 Interchange in Hampshire

There has been a  collision on the M3 Junction 13 northbound  involving a lorry and  an other vehicle this morning. It has left  two lanes of  the carriage way blocked on the M3/M27 interchange/ Police are making  the area safe The incident has  caused long delays up from the links and surrounding route the M27 Eastleigh Airport and from A33 The Avenue on to the M27 traffic is at a standstill  Police and the Highways agency  are on the scene dealing with the  incident and are attempting to move the vehicles a lorry and car  on to the hard shoulder.
